Blue Gum is a premium, DA-approved PBSA and co-living project in Newcastle. Currently undergoing development, it utilizes high-quality modular construction to deliver a vibrant student living experience near the University of Newcastle.
02. Sky Resort, Victoria (Commercial, Residential, Completed)
Located in the Victorian snow mountains, this resort features high-end modules with superior thermal insulation. Built during the off-season, units were installed without deformation to withstand extreme alpine environments.
03. Tribe Hotel, Perth (Commercial, Residential, Completed)
Located in Perth, the 7-story Tribe Hotel features 63 modules with 95% of finishes completed in-factory. This high-precision project achieved seamless, on-time delivery without any returns. It stands as a landmark of modern hospitality and innovative modular construction.
04. HKU Student Housing (Student Accommodation, Completed)
This 19-storey development features 952 modules with 95% factory-completed finishes. Using the Candle-Loc system, it achieved a rapid installation speed of one floor per day. It provides 1,224 high-quality rooms for the University of Hong Kong.
05. Townhouse, Hobsonville, New Zealand (Residential, Completed)
This 12-unit development meets strict New Zealand building codes and seismic standards within a 3-month cycle. Featuring high-performance insulation and sustainability, it provides a safe, modern residential solution for Hobsonville.
06. Polyclinic & Care Centre, Singapore (Commercial, Completed)
This Singapore project features 488 modules and 83 roof modules using the Candle-Loc system. With over 8,000 sqaure metre of factory-prefabricated area, it provides high-quality, precision-built infrastructure for modern healthcare.
